I am so fucked up today.....I am hoping that it is just a hangover from sitting up too late last night and sharing a couple of bottles of wine with my nephew and his fiancee....but I am also fearful that it could be the killer flu/cold that my partner has had for the last three weeks......

im very content at the moment, been cutting back on my excess and the lady who cuts my hair said ive lost weight as soon as she saw me - call me vain but that gave me a boost, been to the gym and had a good session and now going to play Titan Fall with friends ..and pop back on here too
