Feeling glad that I got past a rehearsal for an impromptu and irritating gig. Came home and slept to get through the tension and fatigue. The gig will be OK but not great.

Oh, I have to play with a jazz violinist and it is not my thing. It'll go away. He is a pleasant enough guy and I just have to let him plaster his ego all over the place and be done with it.
