Having one of those days, I thought the knee was good. Today it swelled up like a grapefruit and I had to take off work. I used to laugh when people would say it takes longer to heal when you get old but it is definetly true. As soon as I think it's ok and forget about whatever ailment it is, it comes back and screws up my life.

im very happy - finished for my holidays from work yesterday morning...18 days of freedom ...been bike riding and to the cinema already, I hope to make the most of every day
