im buzzing at the moment, been to the gym early and about to walk my dogs - plus still plenty of Saturday left to play drums and have fun - hope this feeling last all day

I'm trying to get over this cold I got from my adorable nephew, I finally got my appetite back yesterday. Anyone have any tips for fighting a cold? I made a hot toddy (tea, whiskey, honey, cough drop) but I didn't stay congestion free that long

A little better today... got home from a great vacation and we got clocked with really shitty weather, my S.A.D. kicked in full force yesterday and I ended up hiding out all day.
