had a bike ride today with workmates - feel tired but happy , 2 of the gang crashed though by locking handle bars , both hit floor hard, one lost a good chunk of skin off his leg, the other was off to get an xray.....we did laugh though when we knew they were ok - you get no sympathy from our work lads lol
