Yesterday wasnt even work on the house but even when I dont work on the house I get very frustrated about the situation.

Yesterday was an appt with a doctor but a bit far away. It was hard on the bicycle because up hill mostly.

But even I get some rest with naps and night sleep I still dont feel rested.

I must finish work and maybe social worker can help.

Im in great spirits today although bit tired, had a great night shift at work..maybe as its getting close to christmas but everyone was in good spirits....all the stars & planets must have aligned as all the machines ran great and no reports of accidents, even my friend who got run over by a forklift is walking better ...happy times
