I sent my friend the first email and while washing dishes realized that it probably sounded like friends who had continued their friendship for 35+ years instead of catching up after 35 years of absence ...

I wrote back to explain who I was, since he is so busy... and my friend wrote back that I was a silly (monkey) and of course he remembered me as we were best friends. It really gave me such heart warming feelings, really the best Christmas SURPRISE present I could have ever asked for.

After todays doc appt for me I will find out if dad has been able to snap-to and maybe even sign some papers instead of going thru the courts. This would be sooooooo amazing and the perfect ending to my madd sisters witchery. It would also save my parents thousands of dollars in court fees. But if we must fight we will fight and we will win and TAKE NO PRISONERS

I nearly cried when I kissed Dad "bye for now" as I had to go home for rest and he said he wanted me to stay [/COLOR]

[COLOR="Purple"]I know it really isnt important to anyone but just wanted to tell those that are in the know - my brain FINALLY caught up with my heart and I said "Goodbye" to someone who was way too "mad" for even me. See, that was the biggest obstacle. I knew the guy needed serious help, I was in love, I tried to keep in it no matter how hurt I got... I forgave and forgave and he promised to change but finally I understood that no matter what I tried, no matter how hard I tried, there was nothing else I could do to help him. It was a tough realization, but tougher to wipe my hands clean of someone who needed so much help. I do hope it was the right decision and he can find the help he needs.

Went on a test drive for the Volvo C30 finally, loved it and I intend to buy one just as soon as they get back to me on the finance on one. .
