my back is killing me today. pulled a muscle again, the last time was during the holidays.

Just something i am trying to not remember and feel i made a mess up of but somehow i may have not messed up. I think its my bpd over reacting again but its so unclear in my head. Feel better after a sleep well a partial nights sleep
