I'm doing rather well today!!! I'm very thankful for having the opportunity to meet with a therapist to help me through a number of personal issues. Just being able to talk out loud about my problems is so healing and receiving his unbiased insight is incredibly helpful.

It's been awhile, but I finally feel like I'm in a good place and I'm grateful I have all of you to chat with as well!

Recovering from extra sleep

Just can't understand why I am still tired after "sleeping" all night. I did pretty well last night--only woke up at about 4 AM and then managed to get back to sleep until about 8, but I am not refreshed. It is a slog to get up and move.

got a new type of inhaler on mon for my asthma - now I have a sore throat and it doesn't work like my other sort - doc says she will ring in a week to see how its going , have to tell her its rubbish and not fit for purpose
