How are you today?
LJay Wrote:Just can't understand why I am still tired after "sleeping" all night. I did pretty well last night--only woke up at about 4 AM and then managed to get back to sleep until about 8, but I am not refreshed. It is a slog to get up and move.

why not try a mulit vitamin if you don't all ready , you may be lacking something that's making you tired - I think its vitamin B that's good for energy levels

Actually mentioned something like that the last time I was at the doctor. Got no reaction at all. I am already on ten+ medications daily and feel like if I take anything else I should get an OK.

you must rattle when u walk been on 10 meds a day mate , am I correct that avoiding heavy starchy foods like potatoes etc or just avoiding having large meals due to the digestion time can cause you to be tired ? could be making it up though lol -

Oh, I try to keep the eating down and I recognize the tiredness associated with food, but what worries me the most is waking up and feeling tired. Seems like that is the one time of day when I should feel at least relaxed. Putting this on the list for the doc.

Bit busy in life right now. Trying to sort out my life for the best. I'm really striving for career and financial growth. Doing a lot of freelance job. Working on my personal project, which hopefully can be my long term business. Saving money to purchase car and renting a house.

So many things to do within this year. 2015 was a great year for yours truly so I hope to continue it in 2016.

At the age of 32, I have to be really wise and step up my game.

I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to everyone in GS for your moral support and advice since day 1.

Pic taken yesterday. After workout. I wore a sleeveless tee for the first time in my new gym.

I used to wear sleeveless tee in my old gym but stopped doing so after I joined the new gym. I joined the new gym on last Nov. The new gym has a different atmosphere and more buff guys so it flips flops my self esteem a bit. You can see stretch marks on my shoulders. So I covered my body with loose hoodie and sweatpants when training in the gym since last Nov. But yesterday I said screw it. A lot of gym members were shocked to see my physique. A guy said I have an amazing body and another said I'm shredded. Didn't expect kind words but thanks. I'm still working out to elevate my physique. I'm proud of my imperfection; stretch marks and all. Everything makes me look badass. If you don't like my imperfection, not my problem.

Also, I think everyone in the new gym knows that I'm a hard worker and always train hard. I train 6 times per week (4 weightlifting days and 2 cardio HIIT days) in the gym so yeah.

I wish you all the best in bettering your life this year by moving forwards and becoming more independent. I like your ambition, and I hope it rewards you accordingly Smile

You do have an impressive physique, I can see that from your picture. And with all that hard work, it isn't surprising. I admire you for how you have turned things around. And as for the stretch marks? You have exactly the right attitude. Nobody is perfect, why should you have to hide away your body? You've clearly put a lot of work into it. Happy that you are feeling more comfortable with yourself now Jay, that's a great place to be Smile

Oh is it the end of the weekend already? Look at that :/

So, let me see...not a blink ago I was leaving work on a Friday and now...back to it I guess.

Things like this is why I think I should seriously consider drinking alcohol more often...like...a lot of it.
