cant wait for tomorrow , having a cortisone injection into my elbow joint ... hurts a bit but its nothing compared to pain ive got in my elbow right now

im amused today - borrowed a car after mine got totalled in a crash and now this one broke down in the works car park this morning - so unlucky I just have to laugh

I'M FREAKIN OUT RIGHT NOW, I have an interview in a couple days and anxiety always eats me up while I wait. plus I haven't been refreshing on the stuff I studied like I should be.

Deep breaths mate - you obviously know your stuff or I guess you wouldn't have got as far as the interview , be confident in your own abilities and you will give a great account of yourslef

Happy mood - got a new battery for the car I borrowed and broke down on me so at least im on the road again ,
Took the dogs out and my mastiff ran around a lot by his standards , ive cut his food down to loose a bit of weight and I guess its working (he's not fat though..he's just solid muscle so vet says)

Had my cortisone injection today ... cant wait for it to kick in - though Doctor says its ware and tear at my age the cheeky bugger - I was dying to retort with "at least I have a full head of hair " but as he was waving a needle about I held my tongue

Weird that i have been told i need to go on statins to prevent a heart attack before i go on another medication i urgently need.
