Getting like that at 32? That started happening to me at 13-15. I find that is not uncommon to reach that state at some point in your life. That's my theory for you anyway. But either way, you shouldn't let the frustration take over you or dwell on anger too much, cause those take their toll. Managing those 2 things will let you get back to your usual self.

I feel a bit better today. I think it's just I've felt trapped lately... I've been trying to make changes to my life but everything has reached a stage where I have to wait for something or someone before anything HAPPENS.
I have a lot to be grateful for and I know me, once I've had a break away (April), I'll be more myself.

 Hang in there for now. And try to make peace with the fact that you will always depend on someone else for this or that at some point. Ah, my day was full of nonsense and clouds. Clouds were nice because the sun was not seen for a large part of the day. We are old enemies, the sun and myself.

Mostly I've been really sad about my sister. She died over 21 years ago. And sometimes it still hurts like it was yesterday.

Very hard day at work, absolutely knackered, i think im the dogs bollocks at work due to management arse licking so it keeps them from nagging me.
