I love languages and speaking them and am even now learning Turkish astride Korean, because I find the grammar and rules both easy and fun;

But I dislike that they make me the "go-between" for the people who aren't strong enough in English, to talk with our bosses.

Why did they hire them, if they have trouble communicating even a little bit?
