had a great bike ride today - hopefully go9ing to keep it up after spending too much time just gym training - took my dogs to a lovely local area 15 miles away......bloody hate when idiots lets their dogs come running up to mine on leads barking and chastise me when my big dogs kick off...irresponsible owners with too many children that they ignore their dogs behaviour...Got a big headache now too so drowning it out with some thrash metal etc
