I think I'm getting into a depressive phase again.
Losing the motivation for my hobbies, some close friends not replying on my texts anymore for whatever reason, feeling lonely and without any achievable and desirable goal.

*Hugs* - sorry it's only a cyber hug and not the real thing! I know it's easily said but try to ride out the storm, immerse yourself in as much as possible to distract your thoughts.

Sound advice mate - the more you can get your mind focused on other things the lass time you have to dwell = I was shocked to hear how Bruce Springsteen has crippling depression , he quotes in his book he can barley move because of it and has to see his doctor regularly so your not alone buddy

Loving the newish car I have - even my mastiff fits in it so hes happy to lay down - meeting a family member tomoz with the dogs for a walk and a pub meal in a dog friendly establishment ,,,just hoping the dogs behave - just don't want to freak other customers out as they are a little intimidating

I laughed a lot today. It really is the best medicine. Not that I need any medicine, but I certainly feel a hell of a lot brighter than I did the rest of this week.

Wouldn't mind some kind of exotic bath though, my legs are a little sore.
