I've had 4 hours sleep in 2 days but then that used to be normal a few years back.

finished my shifts and had a great day.....why cant they all be like this , went to the gym and lifted a good weight and no pain in my wrists after my crash earlier in the year so the gym lay off and physio has worked amazingly well - cant be happier

I know the feeling , but mine is down to working shifts - ive just had 5 hrs sleep in 36 hrs , but I will have a big lay in tomorrow morning as im not working - im aiming at a 10.30 sleep in if I can manage it - hopefully that will reset my clock
