Hmmm just want to sleep and getting more worried because I can't sleep etc

When I can't sleep I sometimes do this, I imagine some where really nice, say like a beach and think about the sun rays hitting me and listening to the waves hitting the shore Line, it does help me and it may help you fall asleep!

Think I might be getting a cold/flu.
Sore throat, stuffy nose, annoyed tearducts.
I just learned at work yeasterday that it's better to stay at home all day if you're a little bit sick, instead of going to work and maybe leave after a few hours. If you go to work and stay for 2 hours, you'll get cash for those 2 hours but not for the rest of the day. However, if you stay at home all day, you'll get cash for the whole day.

Sigh, looks like I'm really getting a cold now.
It's just getting worse, and not better.
I hate having to call my boss and tell him I can't come to work.
