not a great day or a bad day ...its sort of vanilla and un interesting right now - think because of this cold im just not inspired by anything , just had a bath, shave, hair washed etc so at least im feeling fresh

Home from work.
The cold isn't that bad this time, though it usually gets worse with runny eyes. Tearducts usually get clogged up and then tears overflow.
Usually it happens after a day of having the cold, so if it'll happen it should happen this evening or tomorrow.
Going to watch more Fringe.

And now the tears start to overflow.
My nose has become more clogged up, so no surprise my tearducts are clogged up too now.

I feel sick but I'm forcing myself to go to work to prove a point to my boss.

just been told a relative has cancer and its not looking good - they say god works in mysterious ways....I don't think he gives a fuck at all really as there are plenty of people of murderers etc out there who could do with not breathing ever again but not him who has never hurt a fly in his life - rant over

Until a person gets out into the real world and talks to many types of humans in a nice way you may hold on to your biases. People need to expereience it themselves which can be impossible in their tiny town and home. Television is not reality.

Our body makes cancer cells all the damn time, but our imune system takes care of it most of the time.
Get exercise, use you muscles to help prevent cancer. When you use your muscles, the imune system works harder.

Through Dark Matter (tv series) I learned that our body makes 2.5 billion new cells every single second. Cancer is when that process goes wrong.
