Think me and my colleagues spoke too soon - our stand in boss is cracking under the pressure a little and in a way i dont blame him - hes now responsible for a lot of money coming out of the furnaces etc and if something breaks down it can cost thousands in minutes - it doesn't help that every shift has a number of workers who can only be described as incompetent arse holes - the rest of us cover the slack but we cant always be there immediately - The boss has snapped at a few people but im hoping he keeps a grip as i think he can be a good boss in the long run
