Life sometimes becomes difficult, have granddaughter and her boy friend living with me, which is why I am not on much, her boy friends brother was shot and killed last night. Police say that they caught the person who shot him. Guess New Mexico is still the wild west. Controlling the situation so far as no one other than the perpetrator needs to go to jail. I know the feeling of revenge however, wouldn't help anyone. I hope everyone has a decent Christmas in these hard times, Jim

Yeah I jokingly have said that the warranty expires when you hit 30 lol... but I know what you mean, it becomes more difficult to take good care of yourself, exercise, but not too crazy, things aren't as forgiving as they used to be but then again we often pay for the crap we did when we were teenagers and in our 20's later on.

Just take a break from working out and do some other stuff, let your body recover. Do low impact things like bicycling, rowing, yoga, swimming ... until your body craves to go back to the weights.
