desperate and losing my grip.

When I have felt lonely or worthless at various points in my life, I usually get myself into an exercise program. I am old and love Tai chi. When I was younger, I tried gymnastics and various forms of fighting lessons like judo or karate. They give you a feeling of self confidence about your body.

The best cure for depression is to join the Marine Corps. Lots of good looking men are available.

I would adopt a dog or a cat. Pets need attention and relieve you of boredom.

Long walks by myself. I would tire myself out and try to perform an examination of conscience. Sometimes it became clear why I was the root of my problem.

Read a great book. It stimulates your mind and makes you think about your life.

The best cure is volunteer work. You immediately feel like you are a helpful person and are worth caring about.

Deep breathes always help when you are about to make a fool of yourself.

29 is a great age. I envy you.
