Actually yes, there are gay men who care about their own size and the size of others.
I have no idea what the 'technical' term is for those who want more and more in the way of their own endowments, but those who want men with large endowments are called 'Size Queens' (highly technical name there).
I think the other side to Size Queen is Size King (???) - but in this case its a guy with large endowments who 'gets off' on the fact.
There are men of any persuasion who feel their endowments are not enough - gay straight bi - doesn't matter. Most likely largely due to the porn industry that selects 'stud horses' to be 'actors' (Actors - OMG - I can't stop laughing) thus giving men the wrong message about what is 'normal' in the penis department.
Its similar to the ads that always have skinny women depicting 'beauty' far from what is actually average and definitely not Classical Greek.
Body image does affect gay men more in many ways than in straight men - things like abs, pecs, body hair, wrinkles (and other signs of aging) tend to lead to a lot of gays in the gym and a lot of gay men wearing make-up, using hair dye and even going under the knife in an attempt to keep up with the skewed and unhealthy demands of a culture that worships youth and 'beauty' over character and personality.
