If the initals spell a word, or phrase, then maybe. As long as it has meaning to YOU, not just him.

I honestly think not, but that's just me. There are much less risky and overzealous ways of affirming your sexuality. But hey, to each his own. I've thought about getting tattoos before and almost did after I conquered a major illness, but I never got around to it. I'm not comfortable with the idea of them in the long-term, but that's just me.
