last night and this morning britain was battered by high winds and heavy rain in the worst storm since 1987 (which claimed 18 lives and was the worst weather for 300 years)

Four people have died including a boy swept out to sea in my home town where i grew up, at st judes height 600,000 homes had no power

in my area ive seen fences ripped down, nearby a tree nearly fell into a persons house but i slept through it.

It kinda passed us, we were braced for it tho had to strap up the mulberry tree it was almost bent in half at one point, rivers are high tho but i guess we're lucky.

yeah some areas were worse hit than others, we were quite lucky too

We had 5 hours without power in Berkshire. Loads of wind from 3-9am. Nothing very exciting L0L
