asking for my number after 15 minutes of messaging.

Oops I just remembered he was also talking about photos, I can take photos fine on my phone, I forgot to address that and was only talking about broken webcam which I'm definitely not gonna go out of my way to try to fix

I have no experience with online dating, but I'm registered on a Swedish social site for LGBT people. You get a lot of super-lonely gay teens who strike up a conversation with you, then tell you they love you or really want to sleep with you after 10 minutes. It's kind of depressing when gay people grow up under circumstances so lonely that they'll pursue anyone with the same orientation as them...

Lying.
Any and all questions, hints, or come on's regarding or relating to anything sexual.
Any and all quotes, comments, and "talks" about what kind of degrading filth you are into/want done to you.
Telling me you are just looking for friends, then asking how big my dick is.
Sending me a picture of your dick or asshole.
Asking me what I look like, then logging off after I tell you.
Anything brainless, meaningless, or moronic said.
NOT spelling out words.

A turn off for me is when I put in my profile in bold, "If you're going to message me, at least try to pique my interest. One word messages will be ignored." And every message you get is 'hey'. I don't know about anyone else, but that does not pique my interest by any stretch of the imagination.

I drilled out the camera and the microphone on my Device. Sorry, I have issues with privacy. I will send you images later down the road once we get to know if we are on the same page with what we want.
--> unless you are looking for 'just sex' it is reasonable to be reluctant to show images of yourself. Clearly Partis you did not learn from the mistakes of Bowyn that took place roughly last year at this time. Trust is a thing to be earned on the internet, not given away.
So yes technically my camera is broken, I broke it purposefully.

I've learned to be careful with my info, too. Had one guy who literally tried to find my address so he could "surprise" me by showing up at my door (and HE thought I was his soul mate as well as being into black magic and self-harm). Oh, and it wasn't a dating site and told him I wasn't his soul mate, I wasn't really into guys anyway, and I wasn't inclined to be a dominatrix like he wanted (as his soul mate presumably would be).
I can see why a pic would be more important on a dating site, but I'd feel uncomfortable with that. The idea that someone, possibly someone I don't want in my life, could know what I looked like when I don't know what s/he looks like disturbs me (and technically pix are easy enough to fake online anyway, just because someone has a pic up as the self doesn't mean it's the said person at all).

But I have a theory on the "hey" messages...maybe they do it hoping you'll look at their profiles? Some people are real whores about getting views, comments, etc, I think it makes them feel popular and/or liked. That is they don't care about the individuals they pester, they just want high numbers ("number of times viewed" etc) to brag about (or at least feel better about themselves somehow feeling significant), similar to people who will do ANYTHING (even get pregnant) to get on "reality TV."
