my advice my not be popular but to set her self apart to a personnel department probably swamped with applications is to go in personally and put here self forward for a position and then offer her services for free for a week at least - if they after this probation period they don't think she's suitable they can part ways - but on the other hand she might just impress enough to land a job - you have to try something different to the crowd to stand out these days
