At some point this being considerate of him goes on far too long. That you are both virgins helps but...he needs to show you, your wants and needs some consideration. All this ;petting and stroking is fine but...it's leading to something whether he knows it or not. Somehow I'm not as impressed with his reluctance to at least engage in some sort of sexual activity. Doesn't he want you? Give it a couple more months and then tell him you'll always be friends, this is breaking your heart but...it's obvious to you that he does not desire you sexually and it's best to stop before both of you get hurt.
