My partner wants me to fuck him for the first time. As shocking as this sounds, we've never had sex. But in your situation, yes it's quite the difference. I suggest doggy style first, since your size should not really be a huge factor in this position. Cowgirl and reverse cowgirl is another position as he is on top.

Any positions where he's on top will be great. I suggest any position of your partner bending over, doggy, bending over the bed etc etc.
