So that link tells me how to hone my PC muscle group. A muscle group involved in stemming the flow of urine, and a muscle group which when exercised and strengthened can enhance control over orgasm. Learning to relax your PC muscle group enhances your ability to relax your anal sphincters to make anal sex more comfortable.
Nothing on that link backs up your claim about a muscle group north of your two anally located sphincters which can apparently stem the flow of poo as you assert. Effectively you seemed to be saying "oh yeah you can learn to tighten up the muscles up inside your colon so no poo comes out".
This is categorically not true, an anatomical impossibility.
