Could someone fall in love with me?

@andresrey, how can that be since your father is black? Part of your family has got to be dark skinned. The only thing I can infer from this is that you do not live with your dad, and that the only family you 'know' and see regularly is your mum's family. Can you explain?

Oh, well, my parents are divorced since i was four and i just see my dad like a few times, with my dad's family is even worst, i don't usually hang out with them and the fact that they're so homophobic and sexist makes me don't even want to see them. I lived surrounded by white people almost all my life, my family, my friends, my girlfriends were white, and i live in a city where the average man is white, so... imagine the context.

I know that being mixed race can be difficult in terms of your identity and it can feel more like you are separate from the different racial backgrounds than bridging them. Not looking like your family is a strange feeling, and can lead to some awkward situations in life. I've spent a lot of time in my own life thinking about my race and identity.. its a complicated thing about how you view yourself, how others view you, the way that people are pushed into boxes and the struggles being mixed can cause. Add to that being gay I can understand why you might feel so isolated and unable to relate to others.

Do you have black friends or are you in contact with anyone from that side of your family?

My parents divorced when i was 4, since that I've lived almost all my life with my mom, and i don't hang out to well with my dad or with his family, they are really homophobic and sexist and i just don't like to be around them. My mom's family is also homophobic but they're a little bit more open-minded.

Uhm, not really, i live in a city where the average man is white and I have not too much interaction with black people, I've had some friends, yeah, but not too much. For other part, my dad's family is really homophobic and sexist so i don't use to talk to them to avoid feeling uncomfortable.
