Problem with people at work...
#11
Nothing to prevent ou from quietly going to the police and explaining the events to them. Just ask for a little attention from any patrol cars that are in the area. As for licenses, etc., try being proactive and talking with the license enforcement guy about how you find out what you need to have.

if you decide to install a spycam, think about putting it somewhere away from your trailer and get a view of the area.

Are you operating in the same areas as these people? Do they not like you for some reason? There has to be something behind this. It may also be possible that it is someone else who is throwing the blame on them. Kitchens can be rough places for sure.

Is there a bright side? Does this give some credibility to your bf's suspected sabotage? Or is everyone in that freaking area out for you !?!?!?

Man that sucks...see I would have probably put the asshole in the hospital already and been sitting in jail...my temperament is not fit for food service. The last time I work in anything to do with food...I had a lot of tantrums...lazy co-workers wouldn't do jack shit and then joke about it...grill parts when flying across the kitchen...surprised I didn't destroy the thing or get fired for it the next day lol

I've calmed down since then, I was 19 at the time but... Putting nails in my tires? Ruining my inventory? Fuck, I'd be steaming and those f***ers had better be on the lookout. Not saying take that avenue...unfortunately seems revenge would be expected...

As far as video survailence... Wal-Mart sells some cheap dash cams... They're about $39 and just plug into a USB charger (or cigarette lighter in a car), the nice thing about them is that they have infrared lights on them and can do some night vision...not the greatest night vision but if there's security lights around at night probably would improve that. They do only come with a 4GB card and unless you drop the resolution down the 4 GB is ate up quick...look for a 32 GB card so you can get the most video storage. That is likely the cheapest way to do any kind of video surveillance...

This is what it is...http://www.walmart.com/ip/Pilot-Automoti...m/42104314

I'd definitely be taking that up with whoever runs the kitchen and definitely talk to the police or something... that's bullshit...

Hope things get better dude :/

You can't prover anything without evidence. So I'll throw in the same idea I did for your abusive partner.

TAPE THEM!

It's either that or find another place. Shouldn't have to be like that, but there you go, people are fucking horrible sometimes.

Stay strong Beaux

fire with fire - burn their shit to the ground , or follow them one of them home and note his address then make his life a living hell , have you seen any unsavoury practices in their food preparation or something you can use ? take photographs and Facebook the hell out of them, if your up for a scrap then target the bigger one of the 2 when he's alone and either threaten violence of just drop the nut on him, the smaller one will probably cave anyway once his bitch is bleeding on the floor...

sensible answers - can you park the truck in the view of cctv cameras ?
ask other vendors if they have had trouble with these 2 - if so then could you get together to put in a grievance
if you have the money (I know that's tuff right now ) but could you run your own cctv camera to see what happing - my sister has a battery powered one that is linked to her phone so she can see the dogs while she's out - it wasn't expensive ..not sure if hers allows recording though via the phone but im sure other models do ,
Lastly - is there another place where you can do business as you cant sustain losses like yours forever buddy.
hope you get a break soon though as I do love your commitment

This situation is really bugging me. Maybe a locking electric receptacle is part of the solution? That way the cord cannot be "accidentally" unplugged.

More to you in a PM, Beaux.

I feel for you. I do hope they let up. Barring that, sounds like you'll just have to catch them in the act or obtain some kind proof. But wouldn't they just retaliate further? You could just hire some muscle to take care of them.

Best of luck.
