It is coming up to the time i met a guy a few years ago who i spent a lot of quality time with it still hurts me a lot. I lost this guy and it hurt me so much and have never seen him since but i remember him and what we did daily to my pain. I just needed to say this out.

Say it, let it out as many times as you need, but this should have a purpose: moving on. Dwelling on the past will do you no good.
