It's very nice because you don't have to buy any special equipment or anything. There are different levels of workout that increase in difficulty every day you work out. It's also awesome because it takes in to account when to exercise certain muscles so you don't overwork them.
It's a very good app because you don't have to do any of the planning with what muscles to exercise or spending money at a gym (by the way, it's free!). Then, you could do this at your house without having to worry about opinions of others.
I can also recommend an app called ''home workout'' it is grey with a green little stick figure on it and when you open it, it says fitness22. It's also free for android.
You can choose from a lot of workouts from what's your gain (loosing weight, strong upper body etc.) and you can change the workout as you want. More or less repeats, add or remove exercises, and there are also different levels.
I already noticed that I can do alot more pull-ups since I use this app. Even though I am mostly too lazy to use it more than 1-2 a week.
