I don't think I can really agree with that if you mean he would treat others better. Tbh, I think it's unfair to assume anything about somebody's personality by the way they take care of themselves, but I suppose my mind would instantly leap to the opposite thought. I think they might be more self-interested. But that's just as unfair an assumption to make.
Besides, if they are more well-rounded, as it were, it might mean that they just eat well. Wining and dining can definitely pile on the pounds - i.e. they treat themselves well by indulging in rich food and drink and they might share that with you!
