I have lots of mental health troubles - since several decades ago, in fact.
The usual suspects, of "depression" and "anxiety" are the worst, but I have plenty more than those to contend with.
Does anybody else share such an unfortunate life of emotional disorders?

I'm surviving, so far, JDD22. I'm a 51 years veteran when it comes to depression and being in the mouth of madness. Sometimes, it just gets ahead of me, in a nearby lane and sideswipes me! I know when it's going to be a depression-day...the Sun comes up!

In 2002 I was dignosed with paranoid schizophrenia. I was around 40 years old. Now they say Schizoaffectve disorder but struggled more these days with depression and sensory overloads.
