I was simply giving context to the guilt some people feel about masturbation. I am a lapsed catholic and that is where my guilt came from. It wasn't meant to be the focus of the discussion. The discussion is about the overall benefits of masturbating, as you can tell by the fact that religion was brought up once in passing in my entire post, while the rest of it focused on the positive attributes of jacking off. After mentioning the religious view I also gave the view of the secular medical community from years passed, but that hasn't generated as much buzz as the single line on religion.

*Note to self* - Never, ever mention religion in a post unless you want to spark a religious discussion.

I love to do it as much as possible, it helps me sleep, relax and feel good. I never feel bad or guilty by doing it, and if i go to hell coz i do it then i am going straight to hell on a lightning bolt!! Its maybe coz in my job the guys are very open about it lol!! Religious stuff aside (cause who cares, really?) I love, love, LOVE masturbation. At present, its really the only thing I have, sad as that sounds. But other than that, it helps me relax, helps me go to sleep, and I think at times it has helped to preserve my sanity. I'd definitely raise a toast to it any day!
