Totally agree about "The Mist" but..... "from a Buick 8" really? I did not enjoy that book, nothing really happens, that's a funny idea for a film... something like stephen kings "cell" would be much better dont you think ?

Anyway just watched "The Worlds end" haha loved it, simon pegg & nick frosts best yet.

Very few Stephen King novels I like ("From A Buick 8," "Under the Dome" are basically it), so I happen to like the novel at any rate.

just watched 3 films in a row,
Gravity - great special effects and a good edge of the seat movie
Insidious 2 - love horror films and this one had everything you could want - plenty of scares and some good ghosts
Parkland - film a about JFK been shot, well acted and director does a good job buts just a basic retelling , no rumours or scandal.. nothing that people didn't know anyway
