Saw Into The Storm, then theatre hopped to Lucy.

Entertaining, nothing to write home about though.

Both films tried to do too much in a very short time frame.
'Storm' should have been longer, slower and more serious, dedicated to the victims of all the severe tornadoes that have hit the U.S. Midwest in the past few years, perhaps even tell the actual story of Joplin for example.

Lucy should have been a television series.

Just saw "The Giver". I almost cried. It takes a lot to make me cry. Go watch that shit.

I have seen the original and the remake, but i have to say i prefer the original film. The first time i saw it it creeped me out quite a lot, maybe because of the plot involving a family unit and not just your normal plot device of teens in trouble.

Matty, I am right there with you on that one! I could watch horror movies all day, every day. I'm thinking of blogging a review of one horror movie for each of the 31 days in October. What do you think?
