havent reli decided if im gay or not but i do remember being very attracted to my friends dad. he was a karate tutor and had rock hard abs. yum yum

It took me till I was around 20 to actually admit it and then 22 to do sommit bout it, so I am sorta new to it all:eek:

I knew I was in my early teens, but I couldn't face and admit it. I grew up in the "Bells and Smells" wing of the CofE, and so knew that if I was, I'd burn in hell for all eternity. I didn't really fancy that idea, so I tried to fancy girls. Pathetic, eh?

Took a long time to get that lot sorted out. It happened via a mental breakdown and a lot of therapy. Cost of fortune, but the best money I ever spent in my life. I made my big breakthrough in 1999, and at the age of 27 decided to deal with it. And I did.

Now i just regret the years I missed really but al get ova it:tongue: jst need to find sum1 nice now...and my life will be complete:biggrin: lol

I sometimes wonder "what if", but I don't regret anything. There's no point in regretting the things you didn't do. You can't change it. All you can do is make the best of the future, and grab those opportunities. It's better to look back and say "what an idiot I was" than to look back and wish you'd tried all those wonderful chances.

Not pathetic ... a lot of us travelled that road. Organised superstition has a lot to answer for :mad:

Yes it does. Since then I've become a "devout atheist". It really annoys me to see what the church does and tries to justify whilst simultaneously preaching "love".

One of the key things that got me to face and accept things was the death of Matthew Shepard. I remember reading all about it in the paper at the time and being horrified at what had happened. It put things in perspective for me.
