Should I change that thingy that says what I am? Like...if I change it to Single Transsexual Woman would that imply that I am in a female body but feel like a boy? Moreover, it would also imply that I have gone through some sex change procedures, when I haven't. So..uhhh..what do I do? I want people to know who and what I am.

And this is not only for GS, btw. I felt the same way at the Gay Parade...Of course I was dressed in my most manly clothes :d but still, people think I am lesbian at the most, which I am not. And this fucking frustrates me. What the fuck can I do to express my self better?! Uhhh!

The term you're looking for is trans man. Not all transsexuals undergo surgical changes, not all of them even go through with hormones, that's a personal choice to come to based on you feel about your own physical and mental health.
