Just curious as to how it has affected everyone.

I usually work as freelance but my work has sorta dried up at the moment!

As the title states.. 

Countries around the world have been lockdown - and we all seem to have been impacted. 

So with that in mind, what have you been able to achieve if anything? 

For example I've actually had time to get into some books I've been meaning to read, and finally sort some of the mountain of clothing I've had to go through. 

Now the UK lockdown has been extended by a further 3 weeks I think I might upcycle a cupboard I've been meaning to get around to!

I guess this will be there the first piece of news on GS for awhile. I will try and keep this update as much as I can.

WHO warns about dangers of premature lifting of COVID-19 restrictions

GENEVA/ZURICH, April 10 (Reuters) - The World Health Organization (WHO) warned countries on Friday to be cautious about lifting restrictions introduced to curb the spread of the new coronavirus.
The WHO would like to see an easing, but at the same time “lifting restrictions could lead to a deadly resurgence,” Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus told a press conference.
He said there had been a “welcome slowing” of epidemics in some European countries - Italy, Germany, Spain and France - but there had been an “alarming acceleration” in other countries including community transmission in 16 countries of Africa.

A van has struck pedestrians on London Bridge in central London leaving a number of casualties, including fatalities. Police have declared a "terrorist incident" there and at nearby Borough Market amid reports of stabbings.

The British terror threat is at critical and we have soldiers on the streets of our cities. A family friend was at the concert on Monday with her children, listening to her telling me what she saw on that night broke my heart.

A number of people have died and others have been injured following a reported explosion at Manchester Arena.
