I am so sorry fen, life really does suck without chocolate.
You are not the only vegetarian with high cholesterol , me also.
They put me on cholesterol tablets 3 years ago, but I still have to be careful with what I eat.
I love cheese way to much.

Sounds bad, too...
Honestly I like the diet... because its more vegetarian... but its very expensive... I need more then 1kg fruits a day, cooking and baking only with fresh things.... low fat milk ( 0,3 % )...
But the cheese is a disaster... low fat plastic-cheese with straw taste ..no chocolate :frown:... no waffles.... and the loss of weight is to high....
With less then 70 kg I look like a lamppost....

And I was so happy to have normal weight for a 44 y.o..... with this kind of diet I lose so much weight.... last time 30 kg in 6 month... back to 68 kg at 191 cm / 6.2 f
Life stinks .. no chocolate.... no pizza... no tart ;-)
Sounds really bad, hope its worth the effort. mile:

I am very good today, guess jealousy drove me the extra mile as I heard my Cousin will be leaving last March to go on Au Pair in Colorado in US mile:.
Traveling has always been one passion of mine, to explore new cultures, surroundings, things and stuff So me and 2 friends decided to plan a work trip together to Norway to make some money as its so overpaid (But also overpriced, but traveling as many will reduce the expenses).
Today me and one of the friends went to a job fair here in Eskilstuna and Västerås and we recieved so much valuable information on what to think about in Norway, loads of papers, addresses, sites, emails and such Just feel so excited.

My new medication is making me sleepy, drowsy and slow...
Apparently I have a stress induced headache, while the whole time I thought it was a migraine. I know first few days are when the side effects are the toughest, but my god I am soooo sleeeeppppyyy.

My colesterol most of my life was between 3.5 and 4, when I was having trouble with my gall bladder it shot right upto 6. Not sure what it is now as I haven't had a test since I had my gall bladder removed, but my weight has stabalised at 62kg (my weight through my 20's and early 30's) rather than fluctuate betwee 65 and 70kg. I'm hoping my colesteral mirrors my weight.
