Yeah..I think I've finally reached that point in my life where I genuinely don't give a rat's a** what anyone else thinks of me. And I do mean anyone!

I usually stay late in the office due to work overload. Yesterday, I planned to go home at 6pm sharp because I was too tired. I wanted to rest.
As I was about to leave, one of my female colleagues approached me and asked if I can be her last minute date as her date suddenly can't make it. She has booked two tickets to watch Ice Age 4.
I agreed to accompany her even though I was really tired.
Our movie starts at 8.30pm. We had few hours to fill our time. So I took her for a dinner at a nearby restaurant. I only ordered Ice Lemon Tea as I already eaten my dinner at Subway few hours earlier with my other colleague, Vincent. She ordered her dinner and a juice.
So we talked mostly about her problem to find the right guy. She talked. I listened. I gave my opinion. She asked me why she often stumbled into the wrong guys. "Because you are a good girl. The innocent type. Guys like to try to take advantage on you due to that." She agreed.
She told me that she hopes to find someone like me. She thinks I'm a wonderful guy and well, more. I wasn't expecting such praises.
During our dinner, she kept asking me if I was tired. I guess it really showed. I smiled and shook my head.
Done with our light dinner. I paid the bill. We went off to the cinema. She kept holding my arm and hugging me whilst walking. She often rest her shoulder or her head against my shoulder when we were watching our movie too.
She knows that I'm gay as she was the first person I told (Around 2010).
I walked her to shopping mall's Exit Door A as she parked her car nearby that exit. We said goodbye to each other. Then I made a long U-turn to reach Exit Door B as the monorail station is located somewhere around there.
Reached home at 12am. I then received a call from her. She said she had a wonderful time and thanked me for accompanying her.
I washed my face and brushed my teeth. But I was too tired to change my clothes that I slept in my working attire with bow tie still knotted around my neck.
Next Week
Next week, my male colleague named Vincent and I will have a cooking competition in the office. He challenged me. The other colleagues (That includes my boss) will be the judges. I'll cook on Tuesday and he will cook on Wednesday. Our colleagues will give their answer on Thursday as all of us will go for a karaoke session together after work.
I plan to cook something special on Sunday and will bring it to office on Monday. My other friends from next door offices 'complained' about nice smell coming from my office. I told them that I cooked in the office. So to make it even, I'll serve my cook to them. I didn't tell them my plan though. It's a surprise.
