I'm very well today thank you! Spent the whole of yesterday in London. We went to St.James's Park and walked all round, took photos of Buckingham palace, then went for dinner at the O2 where we saw Kylie last night, who was SUPERB! Today I'm veeery tired, but it's all good mile:

It was certainly unexpected! The festival organisers will help sort it out once I sort out the bills. I'm leaving for France tomorrow though and may not have time to do everything before I go (... so what am I doing on here, then :redface: ).

I had the day off work today, but I spent the vast majority of it running around after, and chauffering people, around ... so it didn't really feel like much of a holiday :frown:.

Great day... long talk with the mate then off to a therapy session.

I ride a special single speed bicycle (fixed gear). Session was at the top of a long hill... wasnt sure I was gonna make it but pulled out all stops.

Ended a really positive therapy session and as I was leaving noticed this kid, half my age with a full geared bicycle walking his bike :biggrin: :biggrin:
