Thanks hun, not really just insomnia, a few other things contributing to the whole problem, some nights I sleep better than others - such is life.

Problem I have is as much staying asleep as getting to sleep, so ykno, roll of the dice really.

Maybe it could be ya biological clock inside ya being messed up it happens if u work nights or have latye nights on the trot.. I personally try to aim to be in bed about midnight/1am and up at crack of dawn

Insomnia sucks - finally fell asleep about 5am and woken by phone at 7. Feel like staying in bed all day (again) but annoying people needing things done.

Hey Woolfe, sorry to hear ya got sleep issues. Been going thru the same thing for a number of years... One thing I would recommend, if ya can do it, is to turn off the PHONE! Thats what answering machines are for!

Dont know if you tried melatonin but it seems to be pretty effective to me but then again, like ya say, staying asleep is a problem... I can take some pretty strong sleeping meds and no matter what having bounding energy at 2am.

Ya mention other problems... so hope that ya working on them... if ya need any advice ya can always PM me.
