Made my monthly or so pilgrimage to a sex shop today to stock up on essentials, and maybe buy myself something new as a reward for laying off the fags after the weekend from hell. Decided that this time instead of hanging my head and using monosyllabic sentences to describe the products i need i was going to get a truly rewarding retail experience. So i went in head held high and asked for advice about all the different products that caught my interest. Turns out there's a lot to be learned if you'll just ask the creepy looking sex shop guy about dildos and suchlike. He talked me through all the different varieties and designs, explained why some people prefer lifelike designs and all sorts of stuff. He even got stuff out the packaging for me to inspect and admire. Needless to say i left feeling i'd got some really decent customer service from a guy who didn't even try to upsell, in spite of the fact he blatantly could have if he'd wanted.
...
Hokay, i've just read what i've written. That reads like the script from trainig video, huh?? Wish i'd done this when i'd been getting the new customer service training, can you IMAGINE my manager's face if ida said that infront of a group of colleagues??
'All in all i left feeling like i'd been helped in a friendly and honest way and quite happy to come back again...'
But yeh, had a very rewarding day, cleaned my kitchen, stocked up on sexytime essentials and did a weekly shop. Also got invited to a birthday party and remembered i needs to make an appointment to see a quack tomorrow. Oh, and can someone remind me i need ot email my uni and try to get myself reinstated on any courses i may have got kicked out of/arrange an appointment with my AOS to try and sort out the mess i'm in??

it was snowing to day and i go back to work at the cafey tomorow.

Lol sox, but other than that, not much else to remember?
And yeah, can't complain today, usual start-of-January stress but been worse - at least I'm not back at work yet. XD
Also, it's sunny, but cold, so I can justify wearing my sexy new 3/4 length black coat and Armani sunglasses at the same time... the little things that make a day so much brighter.

My flatmate got back yesterday. And not the one i like. The fat one who thinks a Zac Efron calendar with the price (£4.99) still on suffices as a christmas present. So yesterday i was rudely awakened by her stomping in the door and making enough noise for ten people. I cooked us dinner last night (she can't cook:further proof she's not a real person if any was needed) and came into the kitchen this morning to find she not only hadn't done the dishes, but she'd left a pile of her stuff all over the floor. Nae cool, people!!
Other than that i slept through most of the daylight today. And i has a fridge full of vegetables for an über healthy dinner. All is well chez Nick :biggrin:

Lol I could have her killed if you like?
Really, would be a pleasure, I dislike fat inconsiderate people who can't cook.
Just say the word!
And ooo, veggie dinner, love it! XD
Think I may make soup of some description for tonight, will have a look and see what's bouncing around the cupboards atm. =)

Go for it. It'd make me so happy AND cross one of the major things off my to do list. Right now my temptation is to just go into her room and bleach all her clothes.
Maybe we could collaborate on the whole murder/clothes bleaching and turn it into one seriously nefarious scheme??
As for the veggie dinner, i'm thinkin curry now. Has some serously gorgeous spice sitting in my cupboard. Plus fatty flatty can't handle hot food. Strange girl that she is. heheheh
Oh and potato soup is easy, filling and just generallly gorgeous, bungn in some leeks and just enjoy

Ooo excellence! We could club together and buy an alibi too! XD
Lol excellence, curry and angry fat bitch... woo!
Urgh nah, ima think ima go for skinny veg. (more or less own creation).
Carrots, some small amount of potatoe and tomatoe, onions, leeks, assorted other vegetables, some italian herbs, small amount of spice and there ya have it - incredibly little effort involved, tastes incredible and about as skinny as soup gets without becoming inedible.

Yup. We couldn't have done it beacuse we were both making delicious culinary creations in your kitchen. And that's like AGES away from my flat...
I might give her some, just to see her face when she realises it's set her mouth on fire. She has such a low threshold for hot foods it makes me laugh. She can't even handle tabasco sauce.
Now does you really need skinny soup?? I thinks you should bulk it out. More potato and maybe some chicken?? It does sound really fine though.
I've just realised i have proschiutto that needs used up. So i'm gonna do myself a nice salad to go with it Oooh, and i bought jarlsberg yesterday... Screw the salad, immana have me a toastie. MMMmmmmmmmmmmm.
•
Lol exactly XD
Haha go for it, I'm with ya alllll the way on that one.
Meh, nah, I fancy a really skinny soup, not all that hungry.
LOL three cheers for Monday night toasties! XD
