How are you today?
I'm just chilling at the momo... listening to some meditation music! I've got a job interview just after lunch time so gotta be all suited and booted again later today! Cry At least it's not as hot as yesterday! (was 27c in Brighton!)

Yeah, bulger wheat is great... I usually have it about twice a week! To prepare mine I usually soak it hot vegetable stock for about 30 mins. It is less heavy to eat than rice and better for you... has more fibre and is said to good for your heart etc.

Sounds fab! I learned how to cook my own homemade rosemary focaccia bread this morning... made it at about 7 and we had it for breakfast with some 'Lactofree' mature cheddar cheese grated ontop! Was really tasty!

Careful it doesn't make you too krafty and cheesy! Laugh

A rather odd day...

A best friend from high school days was finally back home (about a half hour drive from me) to visit his mom who is recovering from major surgery.

I kept telling him it was no problem if he couldnt make it & that he was there for his mom. He kept Monday free so I cleaned the whole house (a good thing) and thought the place looked pretty great.

Well, I was right and he ended up doing more things for his mom and standing me up, lol...

Didnt really bother me since I got nothing to do... Except for a new medical appt of massage therapy. Super hot outside, cycle to the appt, all sweaty and they tell me the person who set up the appt made a mistake and I need to see ANOTHER doc for pain management (but I am already seeing a pain management doc who prescribed the massage - FUCKERS).

Go back outside in the blazing heat, half way home, notice THE BOLT HOLDING MY FRONT BRAKE IS GONE Scared I am sooooo lucky. The whole brake could have fallen apart. Who knows how long it has been missing.

I guess I was meant to be here for a little bit longer Wink2
