Thanks Smile She was in her 70's and I used to work with her, but when we both quit, we still kept in touch via email for a long time, we've been emailing for at least 8 long years. I feel like a huge part of me is gone, and everytime something happens that's interesting, i run to the computer to email her, then it hits that she's never going to email me again :frown: RE: my friend who passed away last week.

It is so beautiful outside today. Bright, with a breeze that makes the leaves dance in the air, slightly cool; a perfect October day really. I went out and bought some new clothes.

I'm really glad that today is my day off.

I'm feeling bright and cheery despite the weather. Has been raining off and on all day and it's just now turning over to sleet. Art History class tonight, beginning architecture project presentations. All in all I feel great. Tonight I will be engaging in some serious internet shopping, the prefect distraction on a gloomy day Happy

EXHAUSTION
FATIGUE
Chronic Low Level Anemia. UGH. Newest, well, we knew it was there for years but confirmed with the biopsy. UGH. The ughs are from there being no treatment as it is low level... due to a chaotic liver poisoned by hep c treatment. Seems that my liver will not process iron properly and is kinda settled right where it is. If it was just a bit lower treatment would maybe help but not at this low level.

Sooooooo

Remember, no matter what, NEVER give up!
My dad went into the hospital just fine and in 6 hours seemingly got "Hospital Induced Psychosis" = temporary dementia. My sis and mom were all doom and gloom but I just carried on as normal, talking to him, trying to get some food in him, shaving him, and guess what... HE RESPONDED. The nurses said they have never seen anything like it. When I walked in the room his face lit up and he got some of his reasoning back.
***those crazy nurses used my good luck by putting in a catheter. UGH.
Soooo, today he was pretty much back to normal. Again, the hospital staff is really shocked. It took a lot of energy to get him out of this mental condition and he is no where near perfect but NEVER give up.

Another pic of the re-do. Going to do some gold trim so threw in the heater grillings.[/COLOR]

Crazy few days with PA this week. Today is the only day we don't have to take or fetch someone to or from the airport. That's why we're off to Grenoble for lunch with his dad and his brother's family then driving straight up to Lyon to meet our dear friends Sabrina and family.
