How are you today?

I can tell when I have too much sugar, heart beats hard... and I feel tired... But eating healthy will make subtle changes...exercise does crank out endorphin which is probably why I feel good.

I officially hate you. Never in 1,5 years of work outs have I felt that opioid "goodness" you're supposed to feel.

Still...one has to.

Well the first time I really noticed it was when I ran 7 miles... The last half mile I sprinted...sprinted! I normally don't have enough energy to run 4 miles straight through and it was about 97 degrees too so I was dehydrated as hell... So definitely invest in a camel back. But normally I don't notice anything, but today for whatever reason I did... Probably because I haven't done a whole lot of running outdoors and I kind of pushed myself too..

I kid.

Go see a doc to get treatment. Speedy recovery, get a lot of rest and best wishes, Alfred.
Hahahaha, that's a good one Jay. I've listened to that Sorry song, it's actually pretty good, if not for the singer's bad rep for being very obnoxious. Lol.

I've seen a doctor alright right after I left the airport; my father. The good thing about having a doctor in the house is, most of the meds are at your house too. No need to go to the clinic or the pharmacy. The bad thing though, common illness like this tends to not be taken seriously, not initially at least. He quickly dismissed my "possible" need for antibiotics despite it's been over 48 hours since I have had food poisoning.

He's probably right though, since I have been feeling better today. The stomach pain is still there, reduced, but there. The mild fever and the whole weak body thing have gone though. Sleeping the whole day really do you wonders. [emoji3]

Happy to be back at work last 2 days and working a night shift today, just pleased to get my routine back if that makes any sense at all

Doing pretty good. Went for another run today...actually did the whole 3 mile with no walking breaks although I didn't gain much in pace but at least I kept it going which is a good thing. Had a nice breeze, got more rain coming in today and it did sprinkle a little bit but didn't get soaked...so it was nice running weather, nice to have a breeze and the occasional sprinkles to cool you off... Honestly, if it were for wet socks I'd probably enjoy running in the rain lol
