i finished another video but it needs music. I bet i will probably add more to the animation before i finish whatever music i do then i will post it here and have a nice day everyone.

I was trying to get off my arse and get back to my workout routine I abandoned about 3 months ago, half way through and I pull a muscle in my back

happy to finish work this morning only to wake and find out Lemmy from Motorhead has passed away - even a legend has to go at some point but im sad to say the least - first met him as a kid when he took me all over to meet people at a festival , he was a very nice human being

Take care of yourself, rest and get back on the horse with moderate stuff at first.

Sound like me though... I went on a 5.3 mile run that I probably wasn't ready for...I did it, but about 2/3 the way through my fingers were getting tingly... Made me a bit nervous, I don't think it was anything serious but I think that was one way of saying that I wasn't ready for that long of a run... Basically just have to ease back in and stretch before and after (which is something I need to be doing as well)... But I am curious all kind of routine you do as well... I kind of need to add to mine, running is nice and all but it is boring on a treadmill, I don't expect it to stay in the 60's and 70's all winter long... Hope you feel better soon.

I was doing weight lifting every other day and basket ball for cardio a couple times a week. The weight training I was doing is on building-muscle101.com , it's the advance routine.(great sites for work out tips) hopefully next time I start I won't get sick again which is the reason why I stop working out every time
